Real Estate:
I am a licensed real estate agent. Formerly an agent at Equestrian Sotheby’s in Wellington.
Equestrian:
My riding career began at the age of 5 and I've been in the saddle since. I started showing at the age of 6 and, from crossrails to the Large Junior Hunter Division, I had a very successful junior career with wins in Ocala, Lexington, Roanoke, Raleigh, Charleston, and Kentucky. My equestrian pursuits led me to study at Hollins University, where I was on the show team for 4 years and consistently earned top ribbons. After college, I gained professional equestrian experience by riding/training and managing farms for many top trainers and producers of equine talent. I am still riding and training in the Wellington, FL area.
Marketing and Brand Development:
Freelance Marketing (2018-present): Freelance marketing has afforded me the ability to work with a multitude of brands and assist across all marketing areas. I have experience in crisis management, brand development, rebranding, press release writing, rate card development, social media management, media buying, digital marketing, website development, and writing across many industries.
Sprouted Magazine (Jun 2015 - Jan 2016): As Editor-In-Chief and creative director, I am enjoying creating a plant-based publication that is not limited to vegans or the plant-based world. Sprouted Magazine has content that is applicable to society as a whole and can be appreciated by all people. Having a penchant for ethical journalism, Sprouted features well-researched, unbiased news. No judgement, no pushing, no agenda, just news.

Highlights:
Interviewing Moby personally in regards to his restaurant, Little Pine.
Sprouted Magazine was the first source to release the news about Follow Your Heart's VeganEgg product. The article went viral and was read over 200,000 times.
Interviewed Jennifer Brunelli, Nutritionist and Sports Dietitian for the Carolina Panthers NFL football team.
Chronic Illness Relief Fund or CIRF (Sept 2013 - Jul 2015): In just short of 3 years, I was able to build and develop a successful non-profit organization that covered cost of living expenses for those with chronic illness. Gaining significant brand recognition, CIRF was the first and only organization of its kind to help chronically ill patients directly by covering things like rent, utilities, groceries, and necessary home and car repairs.

South End Hops Festival: After unsuccessful attempts to produce this festival, managing partners recruited CIRF as the beneficiary and I worked as marketing and brand development on this project in its first two years. As a production partner, I was able to develop brand identity, market this festival within the Charlotte community, and successfully produce Charlotte's most unique beer festival. Taking South End Hops Fest from an idea to a wildly successful event is something that I'm very proud and honored to be a part of. Without Third Rock Events and Elevate Lifestyle, however, this would not have been possible. We made a great team and I'm happy to see this festival continue in the future.
